USPS Coverage
All domestic Priority Mail & Express Mail packages are automatically covered up to $100
Items shipped must follow the USPS Guidelines for Restricted and Prohibited items
To file a claim through USPS, please visit their Claims Department
Items needed to file a claim:
- Tracking Number & Ship Date
- Addressee's Name & Address
- Item Name, Type, & Description
- Purchase Date & Proof of Value (Invoice)
- Proof of Damage (if applicable)
*If you would like us to process the claim for you and add the funds directly to your postage account, please contact Support@PandaPostage.com with the required info.
Panda Postage Coverage
Additional insurance can be purchased at a rate of $0.85 for every $100 of coverage
Items shipped must follow the USPS Guidelines for Restricted and Prohibited items
Any perishable items MUST be shipped via Express Mail to be eligible for a reimbursement
Claims will be processed no earlier than 30 days after the original ship date
Claims will be processed no later than 60 days after the original ship date
A claim for a "lost package" will not be covered if USPS shows it as "Delivered"
Maximum coverage amount can not exceed $10,000
- If coverage over $10,000 is required, you must notify us before shipping
