Q: I ship a lot online, will Panda Postage work with my store?

Q: Am I able to print international labels if they live overseas?
Yes! Panda Postage savings and convenience aren’t limited to just domestic shipping; we also provide fast and affordable international shipping.
Q: Some of my customers request UPS or FedEx shipping, can I ship with those carriers through Panda?
We understand that not every package you ship can go through the Post Office. That's why we added the ability to integrate your own personal UPS and FedEx accounts into our desktop app (Panda Postage Plus). So you get a side by side comparison of your own negotiated rates, to our Commercial USPS rates.
Q: How many Packages am I allowed to ship? Is there a cost if it's too high?
We were as shocked as you when we found out that there's software out there that makes you pay more, because you shipped more. But, not here. We have no limit on the amount of labels you can print. Print 1 label, or print 1,000s of labels. It's all the same price. FREE! (Just pay for the postage)
Q: My business has a couple different branches. Would Panda be able to accommodate for this?
Just like our label quantity, our account quantity is also unlimited. If you own a couple different offices they can have their own account under your main account, and all for the same price of FREE!
Q: What Payment Methods Can I Use?
We accept most major Credit Cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. If you would prefer not to use a credit card, we also accept eChecks.
Q: How do I set up an account?
It's super easy! Go right to our Home page and click Get Started Today. There's a simple form to fill out, but once you do, one of our Panda Postage representatives will start setting up your account.
